How much does a garden room cost?
Every cabin is created with the client to meet exacting standards and their bespoke design. Here are the starting prices of our most popular sizes for 2023:
3m x 2m: £17,430 + vat
3m x 3m: £20,210 + vat
4m x 3m: £23,060 + vat
5m x 3m: £25,980 + vat
5m x 4m: £29,870 + vat
6m x 4m: £32,950 + vat
Do I need planning permission for a garden room?
If your garden office is a maximum of 2.5m high or less, you can utilize up to 50% of the full garden area. This is the total land area of your property minus the original house area. You will need to include any extensions that have been added since the house was first built – even those built before you started living there. The maximum size of a garden office, gym, or studio is determined by the size of your garden. If the building is to be further than 2m from any boundary, then the rules are more relaxed. For a mono-pitched roof, the maximum roof height can be 3m and for a dual-pitched roof, the maximum ridge height can be 4m. The eaves height for both must still be no higher than 2.5m.

How long does it take to build a garden room?
Generally, our garden room projects take about three to four weeks to complete.
What is the guarantee for a garden room?
