Planning Permission

Garden rooms generally do not require planning permission because they fall within your permitted development rights. But there are situations where they are necessary. We can help with making a planning application on your behalf for a small fee and the costs of the application.

Stress-free Instalation

Our process greatly reduces the usual waste, mess, and clutter typically associated with some other building practices. We consider the storage space available on site and the scope of the project. Some items may arrive several days into the installation process to ensure they are protected from damage.

We are absolutely delighted with our cabin - particularly the teenagers who are so happy to have a separate space to use (supposedly for studying!) David, Joe, Luke and the team did a great job on what was a very challenging site in non-stop rain.  David brought great expertise and reassurance in how to tackle our flood-prone, sloping garden in the form of 2.5m ground screws. We appreciated the different design options available and the very clear menu style pricing, this made it very easy to choose something great looking that worked with our budget. I give 5 stars for David and his team - great service and care throughout the whole project.
5 stars also for the process. Just over three weeks to complete the project which ran seamlessly (even though it was the wettest of Novembers.)
